As a tradesperson who is also working in a business professional environment, I have some insight into both areas. Derek's well designed website was one of the reasons I requested a quote to have our roof re-shingled. It was all professional. I had been trying to secure a roof quote since April with no success (no-shows, no call backs etc.) After contacting Pitch Masters, within days of my quote request, Derek had inspected my roof and sent me a quote for the job. Not only a quote, but a link to an interactive quote where I could ask questions, comment or accept/decline the quote. This was excellent as I had some questions. After answering my questions, Derek contacted me and gave me an approximate date of a month and a half away. Busy time of year i understand. As the date approached, he communicated well in advance of a slight change of a day or two. Derek and his crew arrived on the agreed time and date with his crew and finished the job in two days. I had expected 3. Tarps all around the house, no nails to be found , a fantastic job done ,on budget with an excellent price would leave me no reservations about recommending Pitch Masters for your roofing needs. I was so impressed I referred him to quote a close friends roof. The 5 star review is well deserved. Thanks to you and your crew Derek!

Believe the reviews! Derek's price was the best of 3 quotes, and his team came when they said they were going to, and finished on time, even with some last minute adjustments to venting that needed to happen. Derek and his team were awesome, simply. We conducted a significant amount of research collecting reviews and quotes from numerous companies. Pitch Masters was the most competitive quote and also had the best reviews so we went with them. We viewed numerous homes in the neighbourhood that had been done by Pitch Masters and they looked great. To top it off, Derek agreed to ensuring the roof was done in less than 7 business days which was important to us as the neighbours had hired a company that took 5 weeks to do their roof!!! Strongly recommended.

Derek at Pitch Masters really impressed us with his quick response to our call for new shingles even though it was @ very busy time of year for them. I phoned Derek for a quote and from there he was professional, responsive and helpful. Not only was his quote the most reasonable he and his crew did a phenomenal job from start to finish.
