Ryder Roofing Ltd.

This company took $23 504.25 as deposit from my parents for a metal roofing on Sept. 20, 2019 but as of today May 28, 2020 the owner Ryder Greg delayed and did not call us back when the job will be done and did not bother responding. Their secretary does not know where to find the owner and my parents are under duress. We are in the process of taking legal action but mean while everything is pending. Avoid at all cost this roofing company, they are fraudulent, a scam and take advantage of elderly. Do not rely on average stars rating, I am sure the good rating is given by himself.

Have been leaving numerous messages for Ryder to call me, they had replaced our entire commercial roof 3 years ago (w warranty) and apparently do not answer their messages.....also, I thought I would try their emergency number as our roof is leaking & the emergency number they give out on their answering machine is a young lady who has nothing to do with Ryder Roofing ....so NO emergency number available after all. Not impressed. Ryder's phone message says "your call is important to us", but apparently not if it is about problem w their work, ONLY if it is for new work for them.

I phoned this company 3 times to come and repair their leaking roof 3 times I had to leave a message...Finally they replied and said they would send someone out in a couple of days which turned into weeks...another 3 phone calls ...they finally sent someone out who stated that someone didn't put enough shingles by the chimney and that they would be back the next day that was 2 weeks ago....Warning...do not use this roofing company ...YOU WILL REGRET IT ...

I was not sure about what company to use for my client. I had heard mixed reviews about this company but I decided to give them a try. I was not let down, they did a great job and the job was completed in the estimated time at a reasonable price!! I recommend Ryder roofing to anyone looking for an easy and efficient roofing experience!

Brutal. Flooded the place. No compensation. Took 3 months to complete. I don't understand how since I work trades and have an understanding of timelines for when things should be done/how to be done.
