Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Tara blew us away with her empathy for and understanding of our dog's breed-specific traits. I regret that we didn't come here sooner, our good boy would have been much happier!

My dog had her leg operated on here. Very happy with how it went. Staff was great. No complaints.

Updated to include a response to OK Vet's reply below: We have repeatedly asked the Office Manager to escalate our concerns so we can talk to an owner or the vet themself who performed the procedures and were instead met with accusations that I was an online bully and my review was fraudulent and demands that I take it down. I can only assume either the Office Manager has not escalated the requests for a conversation or that the service we received is an accepted culture at the clinic. Either way, it's truly a shame and I hope the owner(s) so reflect on what has occurred and implement some policy changes as the Office Manager did admit this was their error. Original Review: Procedures performed we did not authorize. Staff blamed fitting us in last minute for the confusion but still required us to pay double the estimate. By far the worst vet experience I've had in Kelowna. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.

Every time I'm in here, its a cash grab. 3 times now, same thing. Was called in for "vaccines". When I got there, asked the vet what vaccines, she did not know, said "I suppose Kennel cough, you are here for an annual exam". $80 for a belly rub on a healthy dog? " I came in for the vaccines you emailed me for, I don't want an exam". Was told I have to get the exam or no vaccines, I declined, the vet lumbered out with a scowl. Anyways - many other clinics in town that don't require exams on healthy dogs. What's funny, under the age of 50 its not even recommended that a human get an annual physical. Have been to many clinics over the years, this one is run down and overpriced compared.

I bring my 2 cats here, they have been very caring and gentle to my pets.
