This has to be one of the saddest buildings to work in in the winter. Windows leak the furnace squeals and there snowplow policy appears to be " Will it melt in the next week? Not our problem." Don't rent office or retail space here.

It's a small mall on Portage just west of The Grace. There are a few outlets there, but the reason I go is that Connect Hearing had offices there and that's where I go for my hearing aids. I've shopped about and they seem to have the best deals. They have certainly always treated me very well !!
