Chris understood our needs and did a great job of picking suitable travel insurance for us. He was prompt and professional. We used the travel insurance from our credit card for part of the trip too. When our trip was cancelled due to COVID19, the insurance Chris sold us refunded our money promptly. The credit card insurance will not. Next time we will insure the entire trip through Chris. I would highly recommend Chris and HotWinters.ca.

Very friendly...can sometimes be hard to navigate insurance policies but they know their stuff... very easy to deal with. I have been dealing with Barry Guttormson for a number of years.
