During the covid 19 crisis, we were not notified by Sarbit travel regarding several flight changes coming back from Manila. Sarbit had our email address but they did not email anything about my flights being rescheduled/changed. Had to rely on my family in Canada to keep us posted on any cancellations and flight changes. Not once did they communicate. They’re excuse was they didn’t have my email, weird because they did send my itinerary through email. Anyway, disappointed at the service and lack of communication.

Rupinder from the autopac agent side is phenomenal! She went over and beyond I think what another agent would do, she understood the situation/scenario and went out of her way and time to correct and complete the process to get me going with ny vehicle. I have been going to this place for the past few years, yes there is a bit of a wait and let me tell you these agents that work here understand the needs of the people they deal with whether home or autopac insurance. The next time you need any type of insurance for home or vehicle see these professional ladies at Sarbit. Thanks again Rupinder and Lucena!

The ladies on the insurance side are awesome! They're so nice and helpful! I've never used the travel side so I have nothing to say about that.
