"nelly" stated it nicely. god awful communication., then when you get mad, you get promised action, and again no action and no communication. So then u get more upset because you are screwed by the people you put your faith in, so then they tell you we should part ways; dirt-bags. File a legitimate complaint with the law society and find out how cronylistic this whole 'profession' (i use the term UN-inderingly) is. Take your business elsewhere.
