Our car was broken into at this parkade. There are fences all around, but we later realized there are holes where the fences have been broken to allow people to enter without a ticket.

Absolutely the worst parking lot- worst design ever- taking 45 minutes to get out from level 3B- and then to get ripped off at the exit. Machine took my ticket charged my card for the $4.00 evening charge but would not raise the gate. The only way to get out was to get charged the $16Lost ticket charge!!! Never park there again-

Parking at this location during the summer time is an exercise in situational awareness. Between navigating the broken glass and interesting bodily secretions on the walls . Park at your own risk.

Unbelievably bad - We, along with about a hundred other people had parked here for a concert at the Burton Cummings theater. When we went to leave, none of the machines were working properly, and wouldn't accept either credit cards or bills. The line-ups to get out were backed up to the top level of the parkade, with not a single human attendant in sight. Will never park here again.
