Worst customer service ever NO ONE picks up the phone..
no ways of paying your ticket only if you have a visa or chqs.. now what??
I paid my ticket in order to leave. When putting it in the machine, it said unreadable, please push help button. After pushing the button and hearing the ringer for several minutes, I heard nothing. I was forced to go back into the pay station and press "lost ticket" and then pay the full price to exit the parkade on top of what I initially paid.
