I've never had the privilege of experiencing anything quite like this gym. I have enjoyed every single class I've attended over the past year and a half. On top of that, I've seen so much growth in myself - from how much I believe in my own abilities, to my physical strength, and so much more. So much of this is because of the positive, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere and stellar coaches at SBS.
The best gym I’ve ever been a member at! Robin and Aaron have created a positive and encouraging environment that makes this place a community rather than a place to just workout. I highly recommend that you come check it out!
People make the difference and the people at Stone Brook Strength are truly a community. You can feel the encouragement and support the minute you walk through the door. If you're looking for a gym in the Steinbach area, I highly recommend checking them out!
