Overall a great deal. Relatively separate areas for weight lifting (e.g., smith machines, cable machines, free weights, etc.), weight machines, and cardio. It is more spacious than the pictures would indicate. The only drawback I could see are that there is no free squat rack (just smith machines). Other than that, this gym has all the equipment and space I needed, and the price was great.

Supper affordable with good equipment, just a little small so I try to go when it's less busy

Rough around the edges. Nice staff. Decent equipment. Needs mens shower and was promised one for 5 years. Still its worth it and SUPER affordable. Less than $170 a year.

Good basic gym. Friendly staff. Equipment repaired quickly when broken. I only wish they opened a bit earlier - 6 a.m. would be ideal. Not enough time to get in a good workout and get cleaned up before work if you go at 7 a.m.

Wonderful atmosphere, nice staff, very accommodating.
