Horizon's Oromocto Public Hospital

I went into the hospital with my partner for a potential lime disease bite from a tick. (Looks very bad). Then proceeded to watch about 15 people (who came in after) get treated first for way less symtoms/problems then a lime disease bite. Issues like common daily problems where they dont do anything but give you Tylenol. as a matter of fact I am still here waiting and it has been 4 hours. Even though when we went in there was only 2 people ahead of us. My partner still hasn't been seen yet. Also we have politely asked how much longer we have to wait roughly or any time frames at all or any information period on when they can be seen. Every single attempt to the receptionist or phone calls to the hospital itself resulted in us being told we will never know and too bad essentially. Not one staff even attempted to find more info or do anything no matter how many times we asked or how pressed for time we are. Also random fact, by the end of writing this, 4 more people went in ahead of my partner that just showed up. 👌 best service in North America.

Excellent hospital, I've driven from Fredericton to Oromocto hospital in order to been seen quickly by a doctor. Some days are crowded but it's almost always a shorter wait time than in Fredericton.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. She stormed away from her desk when I asked her a question. I would rather die in the comfort of my own home than go to this ER. Because of this, I no longer have a big toe on my left foot.

I've been sitting here for three hours waiting to see a doctor to fill a prescription. There appears to be one doctor, stretched too thin. What a shame... thanks Mr. Higgs!

This hospital, doctors and staff deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars, two visits in the past month and both were over and beyond expectations.
