I had them . They could not keep a schudule And when I was surpose to have someone at a time they sent someone else and a different time . When some one has a life they need to have a co.pany that will follow there times I will not use them again

After being forced to do my return to work after a spinal fusion, and then got reinjured during this 'rehibilitation'. The OT was to busy planning dates with his hot girlfriend to notice that i was getting worse and worse. I was told i was being to rigid, and was told to bend my back more when picking up a 10lbs weight. This is where I honestly thought someone kicked my spine, i blew out about disk. CBI did the best not reporting this new injury to WorkSafe, who was paying the bill, but it's a damn good thing i keep detailed notes. This place is a sham, so bad, that the guy 'running CBI' left due to the bs he has to deal with...
