SPAR BOXING STUDIO

SPAR has become one of my favorite boxing gyms in Victoria. I especially appreciate the technical classes, and the only thing I would change is having more of them available-Alexi is a great instructor! I look forward to going to SPAR, and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. It means a lot to feel so comfortable in a gym setting.

Spar has quickly become one of my favourite fitness studios. I'm not always the biggest fan of group fitness classes because I like to be in my own little bubble and focus on my own workout, but Spar is the perfect environment: You're at your own bag and able to focus on your own workout while getting killer motivation and guidance from their awesome trainers. Even if you're brand new to boxing, you'll feel like a total badass after every class.

SPAR is the best! The instructors are all so high energy and encouraging, it really makes you look forward to every class! If you want a super fun and sweaty workout, I would highly recommend giving SPAR a try! :)

Such a great community of people and a killer work out! Pairing spar with spin classes has become my new favourite way to get a sweat in and I am so grateful for the instructors for making it so fun and enjoyable every time!

Ive enjoyed everything about SPAR since I have joined. The staff and trainers have all been so welcoming and motivating. I look forward to going to SPAR everyday. Classes are so much fun as well!
