I would recommend Crossfit Zone to anyone: whether you are a newcomer to the fitness world or a trained athlete, you are in good hands! Alex, Dan and the rest of Zone staff have always accommodated my spinal injury while safely challenging me to push new limits.

Great CrossFit gym!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was welcomed the second I walked in by the owner and the rest of the members were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The workout was challenging and the coaching was fantastic.

One word: Community. If you have ever considered trying CrossFit, this is the place. Zone is a spectacular blend of fitness, encouragement and friendship. Classes suit every level of fitness and strength. Don’t be scared off by the incredibly fit people you’ll see in this gym—once you are in the door you will find you are welcome and you are not in anyone’s way. Personally, I love that Zone attracts all ages—it’s incredibly motivating to get your butt kicked in a workout by someone 20 years your senior! I’ve found a fitness home here and you can too.

Crossfit Zone has been my first crossfit experience, and it's been great. Dan and Alex have created not just a gym, but a community that supports its members, no matter their level or experience. If you're looking for a crossfit gym, you've found it!

I have always been a big guy and struggled with my weight. My attempts at trying to find and maintain a consistent exercise program usually failed within a few weeks or months at best. Late last summer (August 2014) I decided to take advantage of a free introduction session with coach Ray. A few of my friends were members at the Zone and I had seen their positive results. I immediately fell in love with Crossfit. After finishing up my PT sessions I started slow, as to not burn myself out, with 3 classes a week. The more I went, the better I felt, both physically and mentally. I gradually increased my classes from 3 to 4 per week, and then up to 5-6 classes per week. Along with my new found love of Crossfit, I made some changes to my diet. I participated in the Whole Life Challenge on the Zone's team in January 2015 and noticed big changes during that 8 week period. As I am writing this I have lost 30 total pounds, several inches in all the right places, and I am able to do things at the gym that I could only dream of before. From the solid coaching, varied programming, and fun group atmosphere, I have found what I was searching for at the Zone! Joey Hamel
