I am going to report your business to better business beuro BBB and i am going to write a very negative review of your product and that your system confuses customers by asking them if they want an electronic receipt versus a receipt and that if people do not get a receipt you deny them refund for faulty product. I make sure I go and tell any customers to your machine that it made me wrong key and not to trust your machine and or your customer service. I have my payment to you showing in my credit card report and i have your faulty key with your stamp on it and the original key. There is no reason for you to make me run around for a refund. you are a fraud. the key that was made for me was too thick. I was denied a refund and I was directed to some page to down load phone billing on my phone and then they stopped alogether responding to me.
