Not a great experience. Just ordering made me jump through some hoops before it was possible, but even though they were paid, I never received the Zojirushi mugs I ordered. The phone number on the website was "not in service". I used the contact form on the website, no response. I sent e-mails, no response. I phoned several times and every time I got the same answer: they were going to phone me back "for sure". They never did. I gave up. I am out 140 CAD. While that is not an amount that is going kill me, I had to work for this money, and I got nothing in return. In short, Galtak is not a company to be trusted.

I always come here to get my keys copied. Never had any issues with them. Very happy with their service.

good place to shop for houseware needs, they have nice and good quality products and the most important is the staffs are very professional, they answered all my questions about the rice cooker i bought. really good experience to shop at GALTAK HOUSEWARE, highly recommended
