Place for ignorant and irrogent people.the elders are more rude.their elders live in the buildings nearby and the buses that come to carry them cause disturbance to the tenants of these buildings they don’t care their main concern how to carry their dying members to the center to collect money, cooked products for the center to sell and profit from. The drivers of these buses are irrogent they see that many tenants are bothered with their community and their elders but they rather be ignorant about everything.
