If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would. Absolutely everything is wrong with this company, and big box brands like Best Buy use them because they're cheap.
My fridge/stove order had to be rescheduled THREE times. First time, fine, weather was an issue. However, their head office is a joke. No one called to advise that delivery would be cancelled until two hours past the pick up window. Rescheduled for a new date. Now, when we bought the items, we told them we have a townhouse with stairs. So tell me why they didn't realize they needed a four man team to get the fridge inside. Again, rescheduled for a third time. Again, no one shows up. Not even a call from the company to say they're running late. Apparently one of their trucks didn't show up. They need to reschedule for another time to coordinate the 4-man team. They've left the fridge sitting in my garage. WORST SERVICE TEAM I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.
Absolutely everything about my experience with this company has been terrible. I don't understand how it is possible to be so mismanaged and still remain in business, but somehow Logistic Specialty Freight is pulling it off.
I had the unfortunate obligation to ship my furniture order through this company. When they first notified me of my delivery, I immediately called to inform them that the delivery date wouldn't work for me and we rescheduled. Easy!
Oddly enough though, the delivery man arrived on the day and called me multiple times at work to try to get a hold of me and let me know he was there until he left one final voicemail of him telling me he was leaving in a huff. I called to inform customer service about this (they apologized - that's what earns them the 1 star in my review), and to confirm our new delivery date and time. In an interesting turn of events, my delivery notification email confirmed the correct date and the incorrect time, so I once again had to call and inform them of their error.
Wouldn't you believe that at the exact right date and the exact wrong time, they arrived at my home. I, once again, received many missed calls at work, as I once again was not there and wasting their time. I called customer service and informed them of their error again, pretty annoyed. They rescheduled.
I took the day off of work to make sure I was available all day in case the same error happened again. This time, my order had to arrive. Except it didn't. They confirmed the delivery date and time with me, I had tracked my truck coming my way and knew I was the 2nd order in line, and sure enough my delivery window came and went with no delivery. I called and spoke to a woman who informed me that they somehow forgot to load it onto the truck. Genius!
I then am promised by this woman that my delivery will arrive the next morning. I inform them that I have to work and it has to arrive before 9am. They say they can only guarantee it will arrive before 12pm, but my order will be the first to be delivered. I see my delivery notice come in, I track my order and see that I'm actually delivery number 4 and my window has been changed once again.
In yet another example of them being the worst shipping company, they don't arrive at my home until 1pm. An hour after the delivery window and 4 hours after I needed to be at work. The delivery men were curt, unprofessional, and overall disappointing. As they were incredibly late, my window to use the elevator had come and gone, and they had the nerve to voice their displeasure to me. I shared the situation with them, and they informed me that the woman I had spoken with in shipping and receiving requested our delivery be last. Classy.
When I expressed all of this to the customer service department, they said that they too have been customers before and know how this must make me feel. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation and wish me the best in my future deliveries.
Thank you for being the absolute worst.
my appliance was not delivered in time frame they promised and they marked it as "delivered". and they are not answering my call or rep from home depot..
Worst delivery company I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, I've had to use this company 3 times because the online furniture store I've ordered from is only partnered with this delivery company. They don't give enough notice, don't show up on time, don't pick up the phone, don't let you schedule deliveries, and so far have delivered the wrong package 2/3 times. I would give them 0 if I could
Seeing a lot of negative reviews for this company and I can't say I'm the least bit surprised. Terrible customer service, communication, and a complete lack of integrity.
I've been trying to return an appliance for a month without getting anywhere. For my initial delivery window, I cleared my Saturday afternoon to make sure I'd be home. 2 hours into my window dispatch called to inform me the driver was too busy and they needed to reschedule for the following Saturday. I received an apology, which is the only reason why i'm giving 1 star. Come Friday I expected to receive 24 hr notice of my new delivery window. No call. I tried to contact customer service but only got their voicemail. On Saturday, I got a call at 830pm stating my window was now 12-4pm on Monday after I specifically requested only WEEKENDS!.
Wouldn't you know, this happened two weeks in a row! Now, here I am, planning to drive to Whirlpool's Milton warehouse to return the appliance myself because I am done dealing with this incompetent business.
For anyone who has to deal with these company, I feel for you.
