Extremely rude staff *Ken that is not at all the situation that occurred.. I think you might have me mistaken with somebody else. I had called in and the guy on the phone was rude. I was not at your facility whatsoever.*

Was hit with ice from one of their trucks after a snow storm. Got hit hard, so I pulled to the side of the highway. Called them immediately to report it. I was told that because i didn't chase the driver down to make him aware of what happened, they were not willing to do anything.. Now I am out of pocket for the damage. Not a reputable company in my eyes....
