We used Friendly Movers in our first move and was satisfied with the service. However, this week I called Wendy to coordinate a move and she was very disorganized. I asked for her availability, told her the time and date and she said she was available. She quoted me a price of $70/hr, 2 hour minimum, that was it. As she hung up I reminded her she needed to know the locations and I would text her. I texted her the information and never got a text back. I had to text her 3 days later to confirm she received the info. On the day of the move, the movers were 2 hours late but she never called to inform me. At the end of the move, I was told they charge $70/hr but apparently there's an additional charge for the truck. Picked up her phone when the mover called, told her to call me but she never did. I called her 3 times and she has avoided my calls since. I ended up just paying the additional charge but will never use them again. Great job Wendy.

THE WORST!! I had made my reservation a month in advance, and called the day before to confirm and the lady did not have any of my information down correctly. When the movers came (one of them was a kid - the owner’s son) they did not have the proper dolly and says he couldn’t do the job. We had everything boxed and ready and even brought it to the front of the building and he kept complaining that they couldn’t do the work without the proper equipment (not our fault) and got on his high horse and left us without a truck. When I called the lady said she would call me back, she did not, instead she ignored my call until I call from another number and she pick up and hung up on me. Don’t waste your time with this company, they are rude and super unprofessional.

They are late and unprofessional, and they will swear at you. They were late for 20 minutes to meet me at the storage! Just when they are about to unload the goods, they doubled their price and I was forced to pay double of what I had planned!!! When I tried to call the lady, from apparently a Chinese agency called 良友搬運, (they have posed tons of ads on Sing Tao, the Chinese newspaper), she just ignored my 20 calls in a row!!! Don’t use them. Just simply don’t.

Worst experience with a moving company ever. Very unprofessional. Unreliable. I called them days in advance before my moving date. Moving day comes all my stuff is packed ready to go. Waiting on them to show. 15 mins late no show no call. I had to call them. Acted like they didn't even remember they were suppose to be here. Asked them when they think the truck would be here. They told me they would find out and call me back. Another 25 mins pass, no call. So I call them and they tell me the truck broke down. They cannot be here for another 5 hours. I am so upset, but I still wait as I have no other choice with short notice. 5 hours later no show again. No call. I had to call private to get them to answer me. They were purposely ignoring my call. Had to call another company to move me for the next day. Big inconvenience. Big disappointment. Not being able to move into my new apt on the 1st. Luckily I stay with my family I could stay 1 extra night. Imagine I had to be out with no other choice. My advice, do not use this moving company. Moving is stressful enough. Without all this extra problems.
