Our experience began with the moving coordinator Anna. She was courteous, friendly, helpful and after discussing our needs, she was able to give us a detailed moving plan that fit our budget. The day of our move, the moving Team was scheduled for 08:00am on a Saturday, they arrived at 07:55am, pretty good! They were quick and very efficient. All the furniture and appliances were wrapped with blankets, even the mattresses and box springs were wrapped in plastic. The crew was pleasant, easy going and respectful. At the house, they moved everything into each room quickly and efficiently. They gave us an honest 8 hours of work. We would definitely use and highly recommend Angel Movers; well done !!!

We have lived in a number of countries and moved countless times… it’s always chaotic and movers were almost always late starting and finishing. This was by far the easiest, most timely, most courteous, and most efficient. The team was friendly and in good spirits throughout… and they wasted no time. I had such a lovely experience with this company that I wanted to share, so that all the other nervous people would feel reassured. I moved from a two bedroom condo in Toronto to a house in Owen Sound. I have a LOT of art, and some of my pieces are huge, like 6 feet by 7 feet, and many more that are slightly smaller. I had read the horror stories of moving companies loading their trucks with people’s stuff, then telling them that the estimate was wrong and was going to be a lot more than quoted. Since their stuff was already on the truck, the people had no recourse so had to pay the inflated price. I combed the reviews on moving companies and came upon Angel Movers. They had hundreds of reviews and I couldn’t find one that wasn’t complimentary where the customer wasn’t totally satisfied. Anna was my first contact. She was genuine, took the time when I called to go through my place with me and list what I had so that she could provide me with a reasonable estimate. They don’t go by weight, but instead, what you have, so be honest and tell them the truth so you don’t have any surprises. Anna was so warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She took her time with me, though I could tell that she was very busy. She made me feel important and that my concerns mattered. The team that came to do my move, Alex, Greg, and Moe, were incredible! I was ready when they arrived, with everything packed, taped and labeled to put in the truck. They were extremely careful with my belongings, dissembled my couch, bed and massage chair, and packed the truck so that nothing moved around. They were done in less time than was estimated and were very thorough. They unloaded at my new place in less time than was estimated as well. Nothing was damaged and all my art, furniture and belongings arrived without issues. Johan, the owner, has a wonderful company in Angel Movers and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants their move to be carefree, safe, reasonable and personal. Way to go Angel Movers, I truly can say that I did have a Heavenly Move. I have already referred two other friends to this company for their upcoming moves. You won’t be sorry if you choose them, and you will be happy that you did! UPDATE: December 16/20 - I just received my invoice for the move. It was $250 less than my estimate because the team moved me in fewer hours than were quoted. Yay Angel Movers and thank you again.

We are very happy with Angel Movers. The crew arrived 15min earlier. They were professional and reliable. They also were very careful in not damaging anything (and nothing was damaged!). They were quick and efficient. I shopped around for weeks, and I am really glad we found Angel Movers. I will definitely use their service again in case we move once more. Also, Anna from customer service is such a lovely person. She makes us feel comfortable over the phone without even knowing us.

The 2 guys arrived on time and worked really hard. They wrapped the furniture in our blankets. They were extremely courteous, helping and cheerful! Nothing was too much trouble. Anna was always very pleasant and helpful in determining our needs. I would highly recommend Angel Movers and have already booked them for an additional move!
