Great Client Care representative. Well informed, polite, helpful. Good pricing especially for my long term usage requirements. PUPS was able to deliver my container earlier than originally agreed; which was great. Operator who delivered the PUP was quick, efficient and respectful. I highly recommend PUPS.

Covid caused two kids to leave school and move home unexpectedly. We were unprepared to accommodate all the extra furniture. I did a lot of research on storage options, was thrilled when I found PUPS. Not only were their prices lower, the kids could access their things without needing to leave our property. We were able to get delivery quickly, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and with no end to Covid insight, we were able to book open ended. I couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you PUPS!

Affordable, excellent customer service. My experience with PUPS Storage was terrific start to finish. Moving during ‘the times’ was extra challenging, PUPS staff were fantastic (thank you!) and things couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
