I was happy to have rented from this company. I was even more grateful for the representative who spoke with me today to explain my invoice. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in depth the invoice I received after the container was collected. Thank you so much, sorry I am so bad with names, but you were really great and I am sure you are a great asset to your company. Thank you thank you thank you. It’s so nice to get a friendly pleasant voice these days. Keep up the good work.

Booking and securing our 2 bins was a breeze. Knowing our belongings are stored safely with them was very relieving. Prices are AMAZING. You cannot beat their prices. Customer service AND the drivers were always kind and courteous. I totally understand why these guys have such great ratings online. And now, i get to add to the pile. Thanks Cubeit and Pups, you made my very stressful move a hell of a lot easier. Cheers!

By far the BEST customer service I have ever encountered across all industries. Great service, was a life saver because my closing dates didn't line up. I highly, highly recommend them. I was able to fit 3/4 of a 4 bedroom 1500sq ft house into the container, was able to load it at my own pace and had peace of mind knowing my contents were safe and secure until it was delivered.

They haven't picked up my container yet, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt (I'll update if things go bad). I am so happy with this company. I was in a tough spot and their employee Miranda was fantastic. From getting me a quicker drop off date, to the advice and making sure I got what I needed. I'd ask for Miranda if they let you.

An unused CUBE was reported Wed Nov 18, for pickup . A week later the cube was still in my driveway. In talking with Samantha C. on Wed Nov 25, she said I was scheduled for pickup Dec 2, and if there were any sooner openings, she would contact me. Ten minutes later, she called and said they could pick it up the following day. Success !! The cube was picked up today, Thur Nov 26. Thank you so much, Samantha, for your assistance and rapid response. Much appreciated !
