McNally Piano Movers was recommended to me from a friend and they lived up to his promise. They were great! They showed on time and did the most professional job. They move my grandmothers huge upright piano from her old house to mine with precision and did so in a timely manner. Hire these guys if you need your piano moved They are the best for sure.

The team at McNally Piano Movers were phenomenal with our piano move. They were not only professional, but had a positive, lighthearted attitude throughout the entire move. The entire team is personable including Jeff who responds quickly to emails and arranges the moves faster than other companies I have looked into. When moving the piano into our long term care home, they were constantly paying attention to the residents around them and quickly and effortlessly moved the piano into the unit. I will most definitely use the Mc Nally Piano Movers again. This is our second time using them and I have nothing but amazing positive things to say about them. Highly recommend!!

McNally Piano Movers moved a baby grand for me yesterday and did a fantastic job. Ken the owner who was hands on was a great guy and easy to work with. Easy to recommend

Really nice, helpful, careful, fast and the best price I could find- for 3 movers, not just 2. They moved 2 pianos for me across Toronto and back in under two hours with multiple flights of stairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have to separate my ratings in two. 1st part: The delivery of my 2 pianos (weeks apart) went as smoothly as can be expected. My communication with Jeff was efficient, timely and professional. The two gentlemen that performed the move were extremely professional and courteous in both instances. 2nd part: in my multiple discussions with Jeff I was very clear that I needed BOTH pianos tuned after delivery. He suggested to wait until pianos have settled a few weeks after the move before we tune. I tried to contact Jeff by phone and text at least 6-8 different times in the weeks after the move, to no avail. The first part I would rate a 5 star. The second part I would rate a zero star.
