I feel safe here, around most of the station, because of good security, cameras, but also because of the regular tenants whom work there. Not once can I remember the person selling tickets, or directing me my travel, as anything other than efficient, and properly polite. Seating is always clean, bathrooms are always reasonable, and keeping warm inside isn't so bad with local News on, and monitor's to show departure or delay. Train's are regularly announced and updated promptly. It's one of the smoothest running station's, not overly busy, and remains a hub for introduction for visitors into the City of Toronto, as an immediate connect with the TTC in just a few short paces.

Eglinton GO is not properly functional because pedestrian access has been partly closed with fencing, they don't take cash at the counter, and the Presto machines don't work as instructed. GO transit is also plagued by major attitude problems with employees. Employees are paid well: drivers make $35/hour. Pay for GO executives has increased by $8 million, some getting raises of $100,000, even though the stations are in great disrepair, very basic care of trains is neglected and the buses are filthy an smell like a toilet. GO Transit employees seem pampered, lazy and don't have any interest in the riders who pay their salaries. GO needs to treat passengers as their top priority; they seem more interested in retirement and their benefits...

This station is not disability accessible and it has no place to buy coffee or snacks (it did a few years ago, but it's since been removed). The only positive about this station is that it is located near Eglinton Ave., so it is convenient if you need to connect to the TTC.

This station is NOT disability accessible. And the man working behind the glass the morning of December 23rd seemed proud of that when he said "Nope, no ramps, no elevator, we don't accommodate." Everything leading into the station was, like the pathway and the door, but once you're inside, there is nothing but stairs. When I asked for assistance, I was told to ASK ANOTHER PASSENGER. He literally gestured around the station and told me to ask one of them for help. It was disgusting, and humiliating.
