ONDA intelligent fitness

Found Dario at ONDA through a friend. What a great little gyro only studio. Re-finding some of the movement I have lost over the years and reconnecting with my body in new ways. Absolutely love my classes here - it is a place of joy and movement.

Previously Circul8, and now Onda Intelligent Fitness Studio, has been my home studio for my movement education. It’s a boutique Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis studio for rehabilitation and movement training. My body seized up, turning radius became limited and painful. Through this practice my body release led and opened. Old injuries (especially knee) rehabilitated themselves thru proper alignment/movement. A great community of caring and discerning people. Highly recommended, so much that I became an Instructor! (I’ve been at this for 4 years).
