Very grateful to have such an amazing yoga studio close to home on Bowen. The instructors are lovely and very talented. Great class diversity and schedule, and the space is wonderful too.

Gorgeous yoga space with fantastic teachers and a really amazing variety of classes/styles. Plus so many other additions (chanting, new moon yin classes) etc. all put on the monthly calendar. So lucky to have this "home" based yoga studio!

Lovely location for a grounding and inspiring practice! A wonderful choice of classes with experienced teachers. The Well hosts and puts on all kinds of wonderful events. Getting involved with anything they're a part of can only be a fantastic choice for your body and mind!

Bowen Island Yoga is a heart-centered and healing space for so many people on Bowen! A real community hub for expanding authentic spirituality and connection for a diverse group of people. From physical Yoga, movie nights, dance parties, men groups, parenting workshops, Anxiety and depression workshops, Yoga for kids, intensives and more— The studio has had a significant impact on peoples health, well-being and growth.
