Bowen Island Freight

Had a fridge delivered from this company, just like to say that everything went smoothly without a glitch. The staff I spoke to (Alan ) was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedule. All in all, will definitely use them again.

The driver STEVE IS INSANE! He just drove off with a pallet hanging half off of our dock whilst swearing at our receiver. You should not be dealing with other human beings if you can't even speak respectfully to your own customers. Pathetic. Edit: We did check the footage and have photo evidence, hence why your company is now BANNED from ever delivering to us again. Take some responsibility for your company and your employees actions. Owner's don't laugh when they are told their employee almost hurt someone badly, but hey I guess that's how you run your business.

If there as zero stars I would have selected that. Very bad experience with Bowen Freight. Damaged (dropped onto concrete) furniture and refused to pay to have it repaired. I suggest you hire a moving company in North Vancouver instead.
