I brought my wife to bleach and dye her hair. When I brought her in the week before, I heard the owner tell her that the color she wanted wasn't a problem at all! My partner even showed her a photo of exactly what she wanted. When she returned to have her hair done, she was not happy with the hair because it was missing spots on the front of her head that were not showing any color! and because her roots were lighter than the rest of the hair! IS it's the wrong color !. I am extremely disappointed with the way the owner treated my partner when it was not what she wanted and then with mistakes. The owner did not want to fix the problems, but instead tried to convince my partner that everything was fine and that was what she wanted. I would avoid this place at all costs. lack of professionalism and customer service.

Best hair salon in the region. Carolane and Christine are really very attentive and we are always very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend!
