Cates Bay Beach

Fantastic beach when you can find it. Lots of big rock formations, tide pools when you come at low tide, and a good area for swimming. Only downsides were that it was kind of hard to find with limited parking. Otherwise a great place to spend a few hours.

Pulled in under the darkness of night and anchored off for the evening. Woke up to an epic sunrise and stunning mountain views. Spent the morning swimming and taking in the surroundings. What a treasure. Locals are nice as well ;)

Great views, no sand at all. All rocks. There's logs to sit on to enjoy the view though!

No room to enter water. Lots of logs. No beach and ocean is dirty

Beautiful Pacific beach with lots of rocks, driftwood, tidal pools and amazing views. Good swimming if you are ok with Pacific Ocean temperatures!
