Their Website clearly states that they take wild animals and as they should, They are the only clinic operating on Bowen Island where there is a reasonable amount of wild animals. My friends brought an injured hummingbird there today for help and they turned them away. Maybe you shouldn't be in animal care if you are that heartless. Yes, I understand it is a business but animal care in general should be at your forefront. You are basically putting people is helpless disempowered situations when they find injured animals. Its ironic because wildlife belongs to all of us in B.C- they are not necessarily the responsibility of my friends either, but they chose to try to do the right thing. You clearly did not. Shame on you. If all you care about is profit you shouldn't be in this business period.

So grateful to our wonderful vet for seeing us on an urgent basis and taking such good care of our dog. I appreciated so much about this visit - the immediacy of it, the thorough examination and explanation, the plan for follow up. I feel very confident about the quality of care. Bowenites we are extremely fortunate to have local vet care available. This is a local business that we need to support. Thank you!

The team went above and beyond for our dog Odin. Coming in outside of clinic hours and taking the time to educate us on the tough road ahead with honestly and professionalism. They did everything they could to make Odin comfortable and gave us some precious quality time with him that we'll always be grateful for. Highly recommend these guys.

Horrible!! Allister is egotisticly and arrogant. He doesn't care about the animals what so ever. If you love your pet, don't go to him. It's disappointing after spending so much money at his clinic that he gives zero cares about the animal.

We have going to Sheena at Bowen Vet since we moved here 3 years ago and she is marvellous: caring, competent & cheerful!
