I've been to this veterinary clinic twice for vaccines and I've had only good experiences. Alot of people say that their prices are higher than other clinics; I don't know if that's accurate or not. In any case it's good to shop around and compare prices at any store or services. I've gone there because the clinic is close for me to go without a car and I've only had good experiences.

Staff is excellent, very gentle with our dog. They make sure you are comfortable and explain prices before performing a treatment. All vets are expensive so price is not an issue.

Excellent care for our cat, Eddie. Doctor and staff were so very caring and supportive. Our family has never seen employees more devoted to the animals they care for as well as to their humans. We received such a kind letter from Passionanimo LaPlaine.-- It broke our hearts but we were so very grateful the kind words and everybody's signature on the paper. It means a great deal to us. Thank you so very much for everything.

Nothing to say on the service side, we can feel the employees' attention to our animals. Unfortunately everything is spoiled at the bill. Price far too high and honestly it borders on the ridiculous. They give me an estimate of $ 1015 plus tax for a simple descaling + 3 extractions. For the price of the extractions I agree, but then instead of doing 1 single price for a descaling, they charge for absolutely everything that should be included in the descaling and they force us to pay (to make money ). Every time I've been there it's like that and I've always paid, but now it's too much.
