The worst phone call experience EVER! I have never, in my whole life, spoken with anyone that was so disrespectful and careless while I’m looking for services that I will be paying for!!! The girl I spoke to (Julie) was 500% unprofessional!!! She should be fired and never ever ever get a job in customer service again. The receptionist doesn’t know how to listen or speak! Plus, she refused to serve me in English and didn’t even try, although QC is a bilingual province. Cherry on top, when I told her that I didn’t appreciate how she handles the conversation, she said that she is the owner and she doesn’t care, if I don’t like it, I should call elsewhere!!! If that is how they take care of the PROSPECTS, I can only imagine the poor service they would provide to animals and their owners (clients) that are spending hundreds of dollars on their pets at that facility. Called another veterinarian, reasonable prices, great customer service, opened the file and scheduled an appointment within 5 minutes of the call, without having to go through an initial evaluation that I was forced to schedule with Julie which actually saved me over 100$! Thanks Julie for providing such a bad customer experience! If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have found a better alternative in terms of customer service, efficiency and cost!

Only vets that can calm and handle my very anxious dog. Reasonable rates and great service.
