I came here for the first time a few days ago to get my hair done for prom. Not only did the finished hairstyle look nothing like what I wanted (even after showing her a reference picture), but parts of the back of my head were shaved without her asking me if it was okay, and it wasn't even shaved properly. Now I am so self conscious of my messed up hair that I can no longer put it up. Very disappointed :(

Really disappointed with my haircut, she cut too too much! And the color they have to put it two times because it was a total disaster. Never again here.
