Hard to tell from outside but the Institute inside is bigger than it appears. It is a relaxing oasis, nicely decorated, extremely clean, and roomy space. I went there for a facial and was very very impressed by the level of service and care! Truly one of the best facials I've ever had, perfectly catered to my skin, the professional took the time to give me some tips on how to resolve little problem areas, took her time with the extraction (I typically always have to point out missed areas, not this time!). And the effects lasted for weeks, my skin is still glowing. The prices are quite reasonable as well for such a quality treatment. All this to say, I highly recommend! (I promise I'm not exaggerating!)
I absolutely love this spa. Ive done massages,laser, facials and other treatments. The owner france takes such pride in her spa and it shows. I went to another spa for a hydrofacial and it completely ruined my face before my wedding. I had 3 huge pimples due to the treatment. I went to see france for an under eye brightening and explained what happened and how i was getting married in 2 days and that angel saved me!! She gave me a quick treatment and small samples to bring home and she cleared my face in time for my special day!... i highly recommend this spa they are clean and care alot about their clientele.
Friendly well trained staff. Small and very attractive. Gorgeous view of the lake across the street.
