Arrogant service, no return calls, no explanation for the huge delay, except (it's like that! It's like that!) Already 1 years they had the plans in hand to start their work today. hui still nothing done! POOR SERVICE AND COURTESY! 0 + / I do not recommend it.

service 0 no return call promise not kept arrogant without knowing how to live which takes us for cellars. I ordered 7 months in advance and no service I had to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone .....

I order my truss in May for August 14th I call the previous week and Monday before the 14th to confirm the delivery and he answers me no problem it will be at your place on the 14th Rendered at the 14 afternoon still not received so I called to tell me we are doing them you will have them next week life with under construction there are delays Sloppy and arrogant Not even able to call to say that they have delays, bad service

NO SERVICE FROM MR DENIS. SEVERAL WEEKS OF DELAY AND NO SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY NO RETURNS. HE MISSES US.

Very good service. Ahead of the delivery date, two weeks for manufacturing and good product. Roof truss.
