Absolutely lovely all in one, own stop shop for all of your pet and vet needs. Lovely caring staff is their to help at any moment. The puppy classes are fantastic, the vet service is amazing; everyone who works here does so clearly out of love for animals.

Drove 2 hours to get there and what I was told on the phone was totally not what I expected. Wasting people and doggy time because they can’t communicate properly. Brings all the necessary papers but too overpriced for the tiny little place. Dogs were barking over the fence. Seriously, review your staff. I find it totally rude that after the supervisor came, they tried to tell me it’s my fault because they did tell that or that. They rejected the fault on the customers. I won’t drive 2 hours just for fun. Absolutely rude.

Went for the doggy pool. Not impressed with the staff and their lack of knowledge, they did not even bother to check vaccine papers even though I was told to bring them when I was on the phone with them. Makes me worry that my dog might catch some disease from the pool. Also, the pool was dirty, there were things floating at the bottom....looked either like food or feces, not sure which one. Also, you cannot go inside the pool with your dog, which I wish I was told on the phone. I decided to try out the pool regardless, but there were 5 dogs around the pool (within 1 meter), that were barking and licking the glass barrier. If I were a dog, I would not really want to swim. Definitely not recommended.

Not impressed with the staff. There are inconsistent. The first week we go to the pool we ask the rules they explain we can walk in the pool and show us tricks to get her used to it. The experience is pleasant the staff is nice. The second experience complete opposite the staff explain things completely different change all the rules. We have pictures of walking in the pool. Then they say they never allow that. I will never return because of the inconsistency of the staff they should all know the rules and not make exemptions some times and then enforce different rules other times. I find it unprofessional and unorganized.
