A wonderfully easy and relaxed experience! Every time we have used Karen for our family vacation bookings she has delivered and defied expectations. I am sure we are not an easy group to work with (blended family with six children of widely varying ages), but Karen has looked after us from the very beginning and every trip has had all of our needs (even the ones we can't anticipate) taken care of. I especially appreciate that Karen is always available to answer questions and solve any issues that may come up - I really don't have to worry about a thing! I would highly recommend Karen as a phenomenal travel agent.
