I entered the tropic show for the first and last time this Friday. I'm looking for `` blue shampoo '' for my strands. The woman at the counter never smiled, never said hello. She was alone without clients. I asked him for the product; she pointed to a shelf telling me that it was there and only in large format. I didn't even know what to look for since I never bought any. I asked her to show me that I didn't understand what bottle it was. She put it in my hands without telling me about the product. It was indeed a huge format. I asked her if she had a smaller quantity, another brand? She went to get me a small bottle for $ 18 and told me that she had almost forgotten since customers never ask for it and that it is "too expensive". I thanked him for the effort and left. Customer service ... do we still know what it is? Never would I ever hire a person with so little interpersonal skills, motivation and who belittles his own products. She just didn't want to be "disturbed" that day. Hopefully she is not a hairdresser because she had a greasy and neglected hairstyle in a ponytail. With that, it is with pleasure that I will do a few more kilometers for better service.
