I have been a client for a few months only after the arrival of a puppy in our family and I am completely satisfied. Every person we see and talk to is smiling, kind, courteous and good advice. There is good phone service when you have questions or small animal health issues. Technicians and veterinarians listen to us and advise, without ever putting pressure or suggesting tests or other superfluous. a big congratulations to the whole team, our Simone is in good hands :)
