I just came out of a facial appointment with Jennifer Ponte. If I could give 6+ stars I would. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, professional etc. Jennifer was a pleasure and so easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions and gave me take-home knowledge on my skin and skin in general. This will not be a one-time deal. I have already booked my next appointment with her. Thank you Jennifer for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely love this place, for many reasons! They offer many services that I have yet to try. So far 5 stars for the following : 1. Haircut/Hair treatments : Emilie does wonders with my hair! From the products she uses to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff during my appointments. She listens to your needs and delivers exactly what you want or more. I highly recommend the royal hydrating treatment as well! 2. Massages : Laurie is now my go-to for massages! She listens to my needs - and my shoulder/back pain decreases immensely after my visits with her. The spa area is absolutely beautiful, you feel peaceful from the moment you walk in. 3. Boutique : It's hard not to shop here too! They have many local products as well as eco-friendly ones, they not only offer salon products, but also jewelry, dried flowers for decos as well as high quality clothes! Overall, highly recommend. You won't regret walking in :)

Wonderful spa but my last visit was disappointing. There was one massage therapist who kept walking through the relaxation area without much regard for those around him. He even brought and entire massage table from one massage room to another through the area. Was very irritating. The toilet seat was also left up in the common bathroom area.

I was referred to Kalypso by a friend and I was not disappointed with the end results. They accommodated my request despite it being very last minute. Everything was neat and tidy, extremely aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Emilie was lovely and the hairdresser did a wonderful job with my hair!! If I could rate the salon 10 stars, I would. I'll definitely be back :)

Very nice spa and easy to get and appointment/reschedule. Very accommodating. I saw marcella and she listened to what I wanted and offered great professional opinion tailored for my hair. Would recommend.
