I think the man working there is awesome but the lady did a terrible job! My nails snapped within 1 week of having them. Would come back to do my nails done but not ever by the lady.

Absolute waste of time. Made an appointment at 4pm for 4:45. Showed up at 4:50 to be told, too bad they are closing and if I didn't get my nails done there then I can go back to where I got them to have them removed. I had been going here since I was 16 for every special occasion (only time I wear nails) I went somewhere else this time because it was a group of us for a bridal party and I get treated like trash upon returning. Disgusting service. Says you are open until 6pm here as well... hmmmmmm. I literally came because I was unimpressed with the other salon... now I'm even more unimpressed. Rude. Rude. RUDE. Not to mention they tell me they are closing and then proceed to let a different client in. They were 2 people working. No reason one couldn't have done mine while the other did hers. Pathetic.

I made an appointment yesterday for this morning. I asked for a 10 am appointment and the man who answered told me to go at 10:30 instead. I showed up early at 10:15 and the place was still closed. I walked around the mall and my appointment time came and went at 10:30 and the place was still closed. A complete waste of time. They could not even bother to call to explain/postpone or even cancel my appointment. So ridiculous.

This place is really not worth it. They start you leaving you half way done and start a walk-in just so the person doesn’t leave. What a joke
