We had taken our cat in when she suddenly stopped eating and became lethargic. She was quickly diagnosed with a mass in her stomach beyond treatment. The staff gave her liquid through an IV to keep her hydrated until the rest of our family members had a chance to stop by to say their final goodbye. They handled everything with compassion.

Excelent service, great and friendly people. First time I need to visit the vet here in Quebec and I was pretty happy with how they treat your pet. 100% recommended.

We kept having to bring my dog back to the clinic because his eye was constantly getting infected. All they would do is prescribe some drops and then we would leave. After the fourth time, we went to a veterinarian hospital and they told us our dog needed surgery as soon as possible because he could go blind in one eye. The surgery cost my family 3000$. They told us if the vets had properly prescribed his problem early on, his eye could have healed relatively quickly. Instead, he had to wear a cone for over a month and we had to administer 7 different types of eye drops several times a day. Thankfully, he has fully recovered.

Had to bring my 19 year old cat to be put down because he had a tumor, it was a very tough loss and we were explain everything through the process, the staff here are very kind, thoughtful caring people, I salut them for a job well done and they should keep up the fantastic work! Thank you for your help and kindness.

So sweet with my kitten, and this isn't my first animal they have cared for. Compassionate people.
