They saved my dog’s life. Or, so, I believe. My puppy was diagnosed with puppy strangle when he was 6 weeks old. The previous vet who treated him over medicated him and I thought that he was dying ( very rapid heartbeat and excessive panting). I called in a panic on a Monday morning and got an appointment for 1pm the same day. After a month of prednisone and antibiotics, he is now thriving and growing fast (he is a 4 month old golden retriever) The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that the wait in clinic is sometimes a little long and their prices are pretty high. The vets, however, are amazing. I am very happy.

Cannot say enough good things about this clinic. After trying for 3 days to find a vet to treat my guinea pig, they took her in and went above and beyond, to care for our pet. Dr. Foisy stayed with her until 10:30 at night, trying to save her. I am forever grateful for the love and attention that the team gave to our pet. Thank you

Have been debating about leaving a review but decided to do it anyway. I consulted with my dog for an eye infection and another issue and was prescribed droplets to treat his infection which was conjunctivitis according to the doctor. we finished the treatments but a week later noticed the infection was back so decided to try it again. it was a Monday and they didn't have a spot until Friday (thats 5 days of my dog going around with an eye infection which is totally absurd). I had just visited 3 weeks prior and paid for the consultation, the medication and other things, so I just wanted to renew the prescription. Guess my surprise when they told me that we need to pay for another consultation in order to get the same prescription we got 3 weeks ago? I was totally fine with paying the medication but to me its absurd that I needed to pay the doctor for another consultation for a problem I saw him for 3 weeks ago!!! and then he tells me that when he examined my dog he thought it was conjunctivitis but it could also be another issue that he never mentioned during the first visit and I was just finding about now. So now he wanted me to pay for another visit to recheck my dogs eye when his own treatment plan didn't work, as if it was our fault. I went to the clinic directly to confront them about it. I was coming back with an issue I was there for 3 weeks ago, if he had an ear infection I understand the need to pay for another visit, but it was literally the same issue, that YOU failed to treat!!!! When I confronted the doctor about it at the clinic, he didn't even deny that their brand new clinic doesn't operate for free and won't pay for itself. the point is, this clinic is clearly after your money. They may be good for treating our animals, but they are also good at taking money any opportunity they have. And with COVID19 times, I find that very sad. Seems like the owner has something to say to defend every bad review anyway, but will be transferring our file to another clinic.

Im concerned with a place like this that quotes me a price of 2500$ for a teeth cleaning, and has no idea yet on how many teeth would need to be extracted Seriously what do you think we are as pet owners? I went for a second opinion to à well reputable vet that specializes in teeth cleaning an extraction ( if needed) And I was quoted 2 prices not one fat one! 500$ Basic good cleaning or 700$ Incase of complications ( required extractions) They were also very clear that my chi needed 8 teeth removed - so I was aware à head of time Where as this Vet was guessing only ! And automatically calculating 20 teeth that need to be removed !!! This place is a money grab it wants us to pay for their new building lol 😂 no thank you and we’re never going back ! My advise get a second opinion please

terrible service! The receptionist best answer "I don't know" After waiting for more that one hour for my appoitment I left with nothing and still didn't get any answer to my simple question "how long more I have to wait?" No one have a service skills. Hate to give money to business that have no respect to my time. Never will be back
