Very dissppointed in the attitude of staff at Lachine. They cancelled my appointment 4 times, which i gave them the benefit but when i asked if i could have an earlier time she did not try to accomodate me at All. I mean, what business cancels an appointnent of a customer that many times abs expects them to stay? What are they thinking? I mean ill just go spend my money elsewhere.

No result in cellulite treatments (10 treatments!!).. My advice: People, please don't waste your money on this. It's expensive and it does not work!

Unable to correspond in English.You would think that after spending over $1000 you would be able to receive service in your own language. There was no follow up. I asked to have my before and after pictures sent to my email. I never got them. Very dissatisfied.

Great service, friendly staff - have been going for different treatments in the past year (velashape, sclerotherapy, laser hair removal).
