Nothing but a fraud. I had been forced by the owner to book a shellac manicure despite me getting a manicure the week before because she only does shellac manicure not shellac change of polish. This is absolutely ridiculous, no other place in Montreal has such ridiculous rules. I booked it and then I decided to do a regular manicure and the owner charged me for the shellac when I hadn't even done that service. Nothing but a rude and arrogant person. It was my first time going here and never again will I go back, the owner made it seem as if her other clients were more important because they were regulars. I have never seen such awful customer service. Never again.
