Shoppers Drug Mart

The pharmacy here is pathetic. They spent 30 minutes trying to put my insurance info in. Only one or two people are ever working here and they take ages to do anything. I've asked multiple times for three months of my prescriptions but when I pick it up there is only one month. Very lazy and don't know what they're talking about. Go to other shoppers.

Would be nice if this part of a National Chain could manage to post their actual current hours on their store front. Nope that is too difficult their store front states hours 8 am-10 pm but at 9:03 pm that sign made a liar out of them. I drove by the other day to check their hours. Apparently, they are smart enough to change on line but not smart enough to hang a new poster with current hours on the actual store.

I have been a lifelong customer of Shoppers but their customer service is lacking and prices too high these days. This pharmacy at cresent heights dont seem to know what they are doing....give conflicting info on how to get my meds. Spent all morning calling around trying to get help with emergency coverage that AB works said I had bc im old and sick and have no income! Seems like this pharmacy discourages "welfare people" from getting their meds there!? You just lost a customer!

Pharmacy Male pharmacist on duty September 10th. Terrible There was hardly anyone in store and no one at pharmacy counter at all. I went to the drop off desk to have a prescription filled. He was at his computer so I politely waited for him to be finished. He looked my way saw me and went back to computer. That’s fine maybe he was filling someone’s prescription. So I waited. Than a woman walked to pick up counter. Pharmacists went to her immediately and assisted her. Back to his computer. Would not look at me. Did not have common courtesy to say I will be right with you just silence. I waited for a few more minutes still ignored. I than left went to coop across street and was greeted promptly and had my 284$ prescription filled. Lesson to the pharmacist all it takes is a smile a nod or a simple I will be right with you. You sir may have a degree In pharmacy but you need some serious customer service training

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now, but lately every single time I go here to fill a prescription or refill a prescription or even pick one up I get a full on interrogation as to why I’m picking this up why I’m getting it filled again am I sure I haven’t tried anything else before coming to get a prescription. Most of the time they’ve been good but I could definitely do without the interrogation whenever I go in especially when it’s in regards to something I’ve been dealing with from the time I could speak.
