Staff arrogant by email, this crazy about students. Fairly average service. There is no interest on the part of the teaching staff in the academic success of the students. If you have the choice between Chicoutimi / Jonquière and Alma, do not take Alma. In addition because of the covid. that fools the admission of the students and certain that was admitted, are not admitted any more now. Beautiful simplicity.
