The female pharmacist Yue went above and beyond her duties and making sure I get the right prescription and she did it all with a great customer service ability. Great job and I'm definitely considering this my new Pharmacy.

Phoned in to ask a simple question. "What time does your pharmacy open?" The guy responds , " don't know" and asks another staffer who also responds " don't know". I'm hearing all this and suddenly I hear a click! He hung up on me! Phone back , get the same guy who denies hanging up on me! If they can't answer a simple question , DO you trust your family's health with them? Trust getting a flu shot? Take a chance ?
